Swipe it.
Fuel it.
Premiere it.
FlickFuel is where original AI-made films get a premiere and their makers get funded for the next one. Every month is a festival. Every swipe is a vote. Every film has a story — three minutes minimum, no clips.
Tap Fuel a few times. Watch what happens at 3,000.
Three swipes, one film festival
No algorithm deciding what you see. A deck of original films, a Fuel gauge, and an audience that decides what gets made next.
Watch the programme
Each card is a 60-second trailer for a real film — runtime, category and the AI tools it was made with, right on the card. Swipe left to pass, right to Fuel, up if it's Premiere-worthy.
Back what you believe in
Earn Fuel by watching, or grab a pack. Every ⚡ you spend pushes a film up the Jury Board. Cross the line and it Ignites — live, for everyone watching, and the maker's next film gets funded.
Crown the month's winners
On the last day of the month the Festival closes. Gold, Silver and Bronze in seven categories, plus Best Picture. Laurels stay on a maker's profile forever. Then the ladder resets to zero and it starts again.
A new Festival every month
The Jury Board resets on the 1st. Nobody carries momentum, nobody's buried under last year's hits. A first-time maker and a veteran start every month on the same line.
Entry cutoff: films must be published 72 hours before close. Eligibility: original, AI-made, 3:00 or longer, with a story. Anything shorter is a trailer, not an entry.
This is a cinema, not a feed.
- 30-second clipsFilms are three minutes and up. If it doesn't have a beginning, middle and end, it doesn't go in the deck.
- Infinite scrollYou swipe a programme, not a firehose. The deck is finite, curated, and you can put it down.
- A black-box "For You"Ranking is the audience's swipes this month, in the open. You can see the Jury Board move.
- Remixes, duets, stitchesOriginals only. Every film carries its maker's name and the AI tools they used — declared, not hidden.
- Landscape firstFilms are made to be watched, so the player is built for it. Vertical is allowed; it's never privileged.
- Makers get paid to makeFuel doesn't disappear into a platform. It funds the next film.
For makers: premiere, get notes, get funded
Upload a film or a Serial, pick your category, declare your tools. Your audience gives you Fuel and Notes — the industry kind. Win a category and the Production Grant pays toward your next one.

How the Production Grant works. Fuel is a voting token — it has no cash value and can't be bought back. Each month FlickFuel funds a Production Grant from its own revenue, sized by the Fuel the audience spent, and pays it to that month's category winners and to makers whose films drew Fuel. Makers cash out on the web through Stripe, once verified. Full terms in the Maker Agreement.
Questions
The short version of the rules. The long version lives in the Community Guidelines and Maker Agreement.
What counts as an "AI-made" film?
A film where the moving image was substantially generated with AI tools — Veo, Sora, Kling, Runway, Luma, or anything else. You declare the tools at upload and they show on the card. Live-action footage with AI VFX is fine; a phone video with a filter is not.
Why three minutes?
Because we want stories, not clips. Three minutes is long enough for a beginning, a middle and an end, and short enough that a maker can finish one this month. Anything under 3:00 can be attached as a trailer to an eligible film, but never enters on its own.
What happens when the Festival closes?
At midnight UTC on the last day, the Jury Board freezes. Gold, Silver and Bronze are awarded in each category, plus Best Picture, Best Debut and Audience Choice. Laurels go on the winners' profiles permanently, the Production Grant is calculated, and the board resets to zero for the new month. Films from a previous month can re-enter once.
Is Fuel worth money?
No. Fuel is a voting token — you can't sell it, transfer it or cash it out. Makers don't receive your Fuel; they receive a Production Grant that FlickFuel pays from its own revenue, sized by how much Fuel the audience spent that month.
Can I upload something I didn't make?
No. Originals only. Every upload is fingerprinted against the catalogue and against known copyrighted audio; three strikes and the account is closed. Copyright holders can file a takedown from the site.
How old do I have to be?
16 to watch and Fuel. 18 to upload, enter the Festival, or receive a Grant. Individual films can carry mature descriptors, and those are hidden from 16–17 accounts.
